The floor and bed was damp the room smell was musty, the front desk said it was because of all thee rain so this tells me they knew of the problem and charged us 110.00 to sleep in it.... Don't stay here!

efficient staff and marvellous location to everything one might want to visit in jamestown, everything was really good. location: the hotel was close enough to a shopping area, movie theater, restaurants ann the main highway as well as common areas. went to applebee's for drink or two, set relatively near the venue.

The bed and the sheets were nice, soft and clean.

The air vents smelt horrible every time we tried to get air circulation. The bathroom was dirty and looked like it was just used. The counters weren't even wiped.

Good breakfast with hot items. Great pillows on beds.

I thought that they had a jacuzzi as I had seen one in a picture of the hotel. Staff says that there used to be one.

We visited a local museum and the beautiful state park nearby. The place had clean rooms and a nice breakfast that filled us up before heading out. Definitely a solid choice for budget travel!

The carpet had stains, and we were disappointed to find that the shampoo was half used. The overall maintenance could use improvement, as we noticed a significant issue with falling ceiling tiles near the pool area. While it served its purpose for a night, I wouldn't choose to return.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the relaxing heated pool and cozy TV lounge. The amenities were nice, though the bathroom fan was a bit tricky to find and there weren't any toiletries in the bathroom, just tissues. Overall, it's a great spot for those looking for comfort at a decent price. 😊
